Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges if you:

  • Contact us within: 10 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery (at your expense)

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost Shipment
If your shipment appears to be lost, we will contact the carrier to file a claim. If they are unable to find the package, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Damaged Shipment

If the product you ordered is damaged, please email photos of the damaged product and the packaging.  We will file a claim and issue a refund or send a replacement when we receive the damaged goods.
